• No Guarantees: FALCON makes no guarantees regarding the results or accuracy of estimations and detailing beyond the information provided by the client.
• Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold FALCON harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the misuse of services or deliverables.

Confidentiality

FALCON agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all project-related information provided by the client, except where disclosure is required by law.

Termination

• By FALCON: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if the client violates these Terms or fails to fulfill payment obligations.
• By Client: Clients may terminate their agreement with FALCON by providing written notice. Fees for completed work remain payable.
